I planted forget me nots from seeds and the plant is enormous! The leaves are massive...I'm wondering what species it is and if I actually need a much bigger pot...? Looks like it's just about to bloom but I'm not sure they have enough space. Any advice is welcome!

I had no idea they didn't like the heat. I planted some on a whim in my tree guild and they are happy little guys so far but it's still a cool spring. Oh well I guess I can enjoy them for as long as they last. was going to plant blue bonnets in the forgetmenot areas this fall anyways. :)

Where I grew up, I had a neighbor who had a Wisteria vine growing up a pipe in their backyard. When it bloomed, the aroma was heavenly! This is one of my favorite memories of spring growing up.

Wonderful video, and very informative! My sister gave me one yesterday that came from our mama's yard in Mississippi. I planted it this morning and watered it with creek water. After watching this, I feel like I will be better prepared to give this plant the right attention in the years to come.

I just got some seeds in the mail with the little plastic baggy taped to a card. They were rounded seeds, all of them were completely smushed. So if you’re not sending flat “dry” seeds I wouldn’t recommend that method. I came to this video to look for other methods

So will you see seed pods develop and dry on a cut stalk?

Dandelions are not native to the United States.

Native plants are never invasive species! Regardless of how aggressive it may be.
